Molti Rosati (Many Rosés) is our varietal specific, vineyard-designated Rosé program. Multiple grape varieties and multiple sites make many distinct Rosés. In 2025 we made SEVEN different Rosati! A different Rosato for each day of the week! We believe Rosé is a versatile and rewarding wine on its own and at the table. It goes well with dishes from seafood to steak. These dry Rosés are full of character and each offers a different and delicious experience. We take Rosé seriously. The East End of Long Island has the climate, the food and the feeling that engenders the production of great Rosé. We want to celebrate Rosé, especially with the bounty of the ocean, the bays, and the land where we grow our grapes and make our wine.
All of the Rosati were made from hand-harvested fruit that was whole cluster-pressed and fermented in stainless steel tanks. These are fresh, dynamic, balanced, super-delicious pink wines with the color deriving from only the 3 or 4 hours in the press. This is red fruit selected specially for pink wine production that is processed like we were making white wine. Each wine offers a different appearance, aroma, flavor, character and textural experience. We hope you have as much fun and joy exploring these pink wines as we have had making them!
We are releasing 6 of the 7 Rosati now in April 2026 and the seventh will arrive in an upcoming wine club shipment.

This is a blended Rosato; but not just a blend - a field blend-where everything was planted, grown, picked, processed and fermented together. A beautiful pink hue…this wine is 60% Merlot and 40% Teroldego (an expressive red grape originally from the Alto Adige), which adds a wild edge including dark bramble fruit and spice. In addition, there are red and black fruits, strawberries, plums, flowers, herbs and spices…cleansing acidity, great balance, beautiful texture and persistent length. Full and rich yet still light and refreshing simultaneously… complex and structured…super versatile at table…from tomatoes Provencal to grilled ribeye to local bluefish and striped bass. 158 cases made.
